1. You need to take a photo of yourself holding a newspaper no later than 48 hours old. Here are some examples...

You don’t need to be half naked like our Mr. Atlas, Mark Briggs... You can take a photo fully clothed. :)


2. Next, you need to upload the photo to THE SCHEFFY CHALLENGE message boards. CLICK HERE to access the boards. You must be a member of Team Beachbody to participate in this contest. If you haven’t joined, it’s FREE! Just click HERE and you’ll be able to access the boards and not only be in The Scheffy Challenge but play the Beachbody “Million Dollar Body Game”, if you want.


3. You need to write your accountability 20 days out of the month. Nutrition and exercise. Here is an example of that...

“March 1, 2009

Meal 1: Egg white omelet and 1 piece of whole wheat toast, no butter
Meal 2: Protein shake w 2 scoops whey protein, banana and 6 oz lowfat soymilk
Meal 3: 5 oz chicken breast, 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice
Meal 4: P90X protein bar
Meal 5: 4 oz grilled swordfish, salad w 2 tablespoons of lowfat dressing, 1/2 cup brown rice

4. At the end of 90 days, you’ll post “After” photos, just like the ones above. You can upload any photos along the way as you wish. Go poke around on the message boards to see how other people do it and you will not only get the idea but be more motivated than you can imagine. It’s worked for us. If you don’t feel like exercising, go to the boards and read a little, you won’t be able to keep yourself from PUSHING PLAY! You’ll see.

5. As a community, those who have entered the challenge will vote on who they think wins for that contest. After the votes are in it goes to an advisory board of 8 unbiased experts who will decide the winner.

Any questions, just post them on the boards. You will get lots of support there.
